I stumbled upon this taco bike on a random Monday in Oerlikon. The couple is bringing their love to Mexican food through their 3 signature tacos. All options in this cart are vegetarian. 3 tacos come for 20 and they give you an extra taco if you have a leaflet. There is an option to get a portion of nachos and guacamole for an extra charge. All you need to know: We've done this one before and I am not really a person who likes to go to the same places again and again, but this place is really worth it 🏔️🇨🇭❤️ - hike is around 1 h drive from Zurich - first part can be covered with a cable car, or by foot (around 1 h) - the path is pretty steep, lots of stairs - takes around 1.5 h to go up and 40-60 min to go down - views are amazing! 😍 - there is a small restaurant on the top, selling simple snack foods, soup, coffee and locally known nuss- or mandel gipfeli (kind of croissant with nut or almond filling - 4.5 CHF per piece) - paid parking right across the street from the cable car (we paid 4.8 for 4 hours) - there is a cable to charge an electric car (a bit hidden inside the garage, but fully available with google pay only) - e-bike charger is also available in the parking lot - cable car departs every 15-30 min, best to check times online (13 chf one way, 20 chf return for adult, Halbtax or GA not accepted) - it's possible to take a dog on this hike, but the path is quite steep and the dog has to be on a leash the entire time - the hike is not really suitable for small kids, bit we saw a few preschoolers on the path. What 55 CHF lunch will get you in Zürich? 🤔🇨🇭 - Central location close to the lake - beautiful interior - AC - 2 course menu - to choose from main and either starter or dessert - 3 course menu for 64 CHF - coffee and water included in both menus - great atmosphere - excellent service - English speaking staff I had smoked salmon tartar as a starter and it was super nice, and steak as a main - could have been a bit more tender.
