In May, the 2nd edition of the GDI Camp - part of the Impact Leadership Programme for Department Stores by the GDI and IGDS - brought together seasoned senior leaders from top department stores worldwide for an intensive, hands-on leadership bootcamp.
🎯 Tailored for executive levels 2-3: Exclusively designed for the department store industry, the format proved its value once again. Participants came across the globe creating fertile ground for growing as future shapers of the industry and co-creating in the fields of trends, major shifts and strategic foresight.
