🇩🇪 Nach einem üppigen, wirklich feinen Nachtessen (4-Gänger) und einer zwar bequemen, aber dennoch unruhigen Nacht, gibt es für uns in der Britannia-Hütte (SAC) um 05:00 Uhr Tagwache. Wir wollen auf Klein Allalin (3'070m) den Tag begrüssen. Carmen rennt um diese Zeit bereits wie eine Gämse bergauf, während wir ganz schön ins Schnaufen kommen. Im ersten Tageslicht blicken wir das Saastal auswärts und staunen über die schönen, intensiven Farben am Himmel. Was wohl der Sonnenaufgang bringen wird?
🇬🇧 After a sumptuous, truly exquisite four-course dinner and a comfortable but restless night, we wake up at 5:00 a.m. at the Britannia Hut (SAC). We want to greet the day on Klein Allalin (3,070 m). At this time of day, Carmen is already running uphill like a mountain goat, while we are struggling to catch our breath. In the first light of day, we look out over the Saas Valley and marvel at the beautiful, intense colors in the sky. What will the sunrise bring?
